** Contest Goal **
The goal of the “BitBagger Moonvember Bitcoin Giveaway: 21 Days of 21K Sats” contest is to promote BitBagger YouTube channel subscribership and viewership of the four videos in the “Why you can’t afford to ignore Bitcoin” YouTube video playlist (“Qualifying Videos”). This will be attempted by awarding 21,000 satoshis each day over 21 days to one randomly selected contest participant who meets the eligibility criteria.
** Eligibility and Entry **
This contest is open to all BitBagger channel subscribers with the exclusion of any employees, officers, directors, affiliates, or agents of BitBagger. The “Contest Period” begins when Qualifying Videos are first posted and ends Nov 21, 2024 at 9:00 PM Pacific Time. To enter, participants must complete these three actions (“Eligibility Requirements”):
- Subscribe to the BitBagger YouTube channel found at youtube.com/@bitbagger
- Hit the Like button for any of the four Qualifying Videos
- Leave a comment on any of the four Qualifying Videos
Limit one entry per person. Multiple comments left by any one participant for one or more videos will count as one entry for that participant. Anyone who has met the Eligibility Requirements prior to the Contest Period will be included as a participant during the Contest Period. Entries that do not comply with the specific entry instructions will be disqualified.
** Prize and Winner Selection **
Each day during the Contest Period one winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries so far using the commentpicker.com application. When possible the winner will be selected at exactly 10:00p PT with the selection process being recorded. Each winner will receive 21,000 satoshis (0.00021 BTC) with actual USD value based on fluctuating market price of BTC. As of Nov 1, 2024 the value is approximately 0.00021 x $69,800 = $14.65. The winner will be notified via reply to their qualifying video comment within 24 hours of selection. Winner will be directed to contact BitBagger via Telegram or through “Contact Us” page submission of bitbagger.io site. If a winner does not respond within 21 days, they will forfeit their award. Prize will be sent to either an on-chain or lightning wallet address provided by winner. Alternately, the prize can be sent via River app link, which can be used by winner to setup a River account if they do not already have one.
Each day of the Contest Period will involve a random selection among all Participants to-date. It is possible and allowable that participants may be randomly selected on a future date even if they had been selected earlier during the Contest Period. In that case they could possibly receive multiple awards, one for each day they are selected.
** Conditions of Participation **
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Entries that violate YouTube Community Guidelines will be disqualified. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube. Participants release YouTube from any and all liability related to this contest.

This contest is sponsored solely by BitBagger. YouTube is not a sponsor and is released from any contest liability.
** Privacy Notice **
Any personal information collected from entrants will only be used for contest administration and prize fulfillment. Data will not be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties.

This contest is wholly compliant and consistent with the YouTube Terms of Service. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes on prizes, if any, are solely the responsibility of the winners. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
